Tracking service

Frequently asked questions

A tracking number or ID is a unique combination of digits and possibly letters that identifies your shipment for domestic or international tracking. Usually the sender or online store can provide the tracking number. If you ordered online, the confirmation email or shipment notification often contains it. Otherwise, contact your sender or store.
Tracking events usually appear 24 to 48 hours after the tracking ID is received. Typically, once the shipment arrives at our facility, a tracking event is shown.
Make sure you entered the correct tracking number in the right format: check the minimum length of 5 characters and any special characters. Tab, comma, space and semicolon separate multiple IDs. If it still doesn't work, contact your sender or online store.
If you don't have a tracking number, contact your sender. Other reference numbers may work on the tracking systems of the specific DHL business unit (e.g. DHL Express or DHL Freight).
